Disney On Ice: Magic In The Stars Virginia Beach Theatre reviews
Reason why TheWeeknd will be bigger soon!
I've adored Disney On Ice: Magic In The Stars ever since I downloaded their House Of Balloons mixtape all those years ago when they first began. Their tour dates were released when Kiss Land came out this year, and I simply had to seize the chance to witness them. Live, their voice is just as amazing as it is on their studio recordings. The production and their setlist were equally impressive. There are only a couple of things I wish Abel had done differently, not that it alters my overall opinion of the performance. I hoped he would have completed the Kiss Land track, as it was left unfinished. Also, during Wicked Games, I felt the beat should have dropped, cutting the song midway. Nevertheless, the night was truly unforgettable. To add to the experience, Abel signed my album and affectionately referred to me as "cutie"....twice! (; This is a show that should not be missed!
Haven’t lost a step!
Bruce still hits the notes and is one of the greatest front men ever. Maiden never disappoints. The band is tight and everyone is in great shape! The playlist could have been better given the entire catalog of songs, but what they played, they played flawlessly! The DCU center is old and the facilities are abysmal. The only complaint I had was the venue. This obviously has nothing to do with the band, but it did dampen my overall enjoyment of the show. Long lines for concessions, bathrooms, and absolutely no air circulation. I would pretty much go anywhere to see Disney On Ice: Magic In The Stars, but not this place. The concourse is so narrow you have to fight your way through like cattle.
